Originally from Hunters Point, Arizona, Mildred Parkhurst began her career in silversmithing at a young age. Trained by her parents, Ivan Kee and Isabelle Kee, she learned the art of metalwork which transformed into a love for the craft. She is primarily known for her sandcast works of art from bracelets and pendants to spoons and brooches. She signs her work with the letter ’M’.
