Sterling Silver Seed Pot with earrings, pin, pendant and ring included in design by Alex Sanchez (Navajo)
Alex Sanchez was born in 1969. He is of Navajo/ Zuni heritage. Alex is the younger brother of Myron Panteah from whom he learned his craft. He started out working in Stewart Yellowhorse's studio in the mid-1990's and after working there for a few years he started working on his own line. He is known for his distinctive petroglyph designs. In 2005, he won first place at the Inter-Tribal Ceremonial in Gallup, NM and in 2008 he won Best of Class at the Navajo Nation Fair. He lives and works in Gallup, NM.
This seed pot measures 1 inch tall by 4 inches in diameter. The 'ladder' pin 4 1/2 inches tall by 1 5/8 inches wide. The pendant measures 1 5/8 inches long by 3/4 inch wide. Each earring measures 1 5/8 inches long by 5/8 inch wide (silver posts). Ring size 8.25
