Sterling silver bracelet by Samuel LaFountain (Chippewa/ Navajo)
Samuel Greatwalker LaFountain is of Turtle Mountain Chippewa and Navajo heritage. He took Best of Class and First Place in Personal Adornment for his black jade bracelet at the 2012 Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair and Market. In addition to silversmithing, Samuel has a background in painting and sculpting. He currently resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
