He has been active silversmithing since 1972. He is known for his mix of innovative and traditional design as well as his use of textures and exceptional craftsmanship. Museum collections include: Museum of Man, the Eiteljorg Museum, the Autry Museum of Western Art, the British Museum, and the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian.
