Soyuk Wuhti and Kocha Tsuku "Ogre Woman and White Clowns" Kachina Sculpture by Arnold Holmes (Hopi)

Arnold Holmes is the son of Arthur Holmes Sr. and brother of Arthur Holmes Jr., both noted carvers. He has been exhibiting at the Heard Museum Annual Katsina Doll Marketplace since 2004.

This piece is carved from one piece of cottonwood in remarkable proportion and expression. The sculpture measures 13 3/4 inches tall. The base circumference measures 17 1/4 inches.
