Lee Charley was born in 1968 and learned silversmithing from his mother. He has been active since the 1980's.

This belt contains 8 conchos and one buckle on a leather belt measuring just over 3/4 inch wide by 51 inches long. Each concho measures 2 3/4 inches by 3 3/4 inches. The buckle measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 3/4 inches.
