Polishing is done with riverwashed polishing stones, handed down from one generation to the next. The polishing is done one section at a time, until the rapid polishing strokes yeild a mirrorlike shine. This gorgeous pottery bowl measures 4 inches in diameter by 12 inches in circumference by 2 inches in height.
